One More Town

Privacy Policy

Last updated 20 September 2026

This policy covers the game One More Town and the website onemoretown.com. Both are made by the developer of One More Town ("we"). The short version: the game keeps everything on your computer, and the website only knows what you type into the support form.

The game

One More Town is a single-player game. It does not require an account, does not connect to our servers, and does not contain analytics, advertising or tracking. Your saves, profile, unlocks and settings are stored in files on your own computer and never leave it unless you copy them somewhere yourself.

If you buy and run the game through Steam, Steam may handle features such as achievements, cloud saves, the overlay and playtime statistics. Those features are operated by Valve under the Steam Privacy Policy, not by us, and we only see what Valve shows every developer in aggregate.

The website

onemoretown.com is a set of static pages hosted on Cloudflare. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising or social media trackers on it, and we do not set cookies. Like every website, our host records basic technical information about each request (such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested) in short-lived logs used to keep the site running and to stop abuse. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

The support form

When you send a message through the support page we receive what you typed: your message, your email address, and your name, topic and game version if you gave them. We also receive your IP address, country and browser type, which help us tell real messages from spam and reproduce technical problems.

Your message is delivered to us by email and kept in our mailbox so we can answer you and fix what you reported. We use it for nothing else: no newsletters, no sharing with anyone, no selling. We delete support conversations when they are no longer needed, and sooner if you ask.

Children

The website and the game do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the support form, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because the only personal information we ever hold is what you sent through the support form, this is usually a matter of deleting an email thread. Write to us through the support page and we will sort it out.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Substantial changes will be noted on the home page for a while.
