These terms cover the game One More Town and the website onemoretown.com, both made by the developer of One More Town ("we"). By playing the game or using the site you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

The game

One More Town is licensed to you, not sold. When you buy a copy you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it on devices you own, for your own enjoyment. You may not sell, rent, redistribute or sublicense the game or its files, remove copyright notices, or use the game's assets to make products of your own.

If you buy through Steam, the Steam Subscriber Agreement also applies, including Valve's refund policy. Refunds for Steam purchases are handled by Steam.

Videos, streams and mods

You are welcome to record, stream and publish videos and screenshots of the game, including monetised ones. Mods and save editing for your own use are fine too. Please do not distribute modified copies of the game itself.

The website

The site is provided for information about the game and for support. Do not use the support form to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or to send messages in bulk. We may block connections that abuse it.

Your content

Anything you send through the support form stays yours. You give us permission to use it to answer you and to improve the game, which sometimes means fixing a bug you described or adopting a suggestion you made. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Early versions

Before release, and during any early access period, the game may change substantially, may contain bugs, and may reset or invalidate save files between versions. We will try to avoid that and to say so when it happens.

No warranty

The game and the site are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law we make no warranties about them and are not liable for losses arising from their use, including lost saves. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Ownership

One More Town, its name, artwork, music, text, code and design are our property or used under licence. Third-party music and sound credits are shown in the game's menu.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go through the support page.
